I patiently waited for 2 years for the right CC inboard to buy, and then this local one popped up. I knew right away that I had to have it.

It appeared to be decent both mechanically and structurally (as far as a novice goes) and was in my price range, so I went for it.

The boat ran great over the 4th of July weekend, and had my son and I grinning from ear to ear. Old school all the way ... great sound, lots of power, and handled like a dream.

Since then, I had the transmission R&R and the damper replaced due to drivetrain "chatter". This was well overdue considering the age of the boat, but all is well again.

A stringer job will be in order in the near future, but for now, I’m just going to enjoy her for the rest of this season while it lasts!
