2009 CorrectCraftFan.com Special Edition Ski Nautique 196

With the support of Adirondack Marine, Performance Customer Trailers, West Signs and PCM, we have built a new 2009 CorrectCraftFan.com Special Edition Ski Nautique 196! Just like the site, this special edition boat combines the old and the new — incorporating some classic design elements with modern features you can only find in a 2009 Nautique.

New in 2009, Correct Craft is offering colored decks, so this special edition boat is a throw-back to the early 70's and is one solid color, Crush Orange (hull and deck). We also incorporated a classic rope rub rail along with a black dash and windshield (available in the 'Full Throttle Package'). The interior features just a Vapor Blue accent and the seats are custom embroidered with the CorrectCraftFan.com logo.

The exterior has the small, optional Ski Nautique logo and a custom 'racing stripe' on the deck and 'boot stripe' along each side (another throw-back to the early 70's). The boat is powered by a high performance, 'green' PCM Catanium 409 (that's 409 hp!) which pushes the boat to 55.6 mph while maintaining low emissions and high fuel efficiency.

This boat is the brain child of Keith Bagley - Owner and Operator of CorrectCraftFan.com, David Hendricks - Customer Care Specialist at Correct Craft, Inc., and Ken Reynolds - Director of Sales at Adirondack Marine. The build was documented here on CorrectCraftFan.com (from gelcoat spray to package and delivery) and the boat was unveiled at the 2008 Northeast Reunion which took place in Lake George, NY on September 12-14 2008 — where attendees got a chance to drive and/or ski behind this truly special Nautique. Boat build photos courtesy of David Hendricks and published with permission from Correct Craft, Inc.

The slide show below takes you from concept to creation including trailer production, the first ski, the ceremonious unveiling and fans enjoying this boat at the Reunion. If you are interested in building a boat like this one (either in Vapor Blue with white stripes, Patriot Red with white stripes, Silver Cloud with black stripes or Crush Orange with white stripes) please contact Keith Bagley.

This truly one-of-a-kind Nautique will be at the 2009 CorrectCraftFan.com Midwest Reunion taking place in Green Lake, WI, July 17-19, 2009.
