I have a 74 southwind 20 with 351 RH rotation. looking to change out with 351 LH / trans/prop. Will I have problems doing this and will boat still handle right Thanks for all help

No it'll handle left
As long as you distribute the weight to balance the boat you won't have any handling issues.
If you're by yourself in the boat, it'll lean to the right a little more, so bring a passenger or 2 and balance things out
And it'll back up to the driver's side so depending on which side of the dock you're using it might be a good thing or a bad thing.

If you are going to put the wrong rotation motor in a correctcraft that is about the right correctcraft to do it - bit and a V hull - not super valuable but still worthy of some love I say go for it. You can use the current transmission if there is nothing wrong with it, would just need to index the pump on the front for the new direction.

Sorry for the delay but I have had a lot going on. Bought this boat as a project, the engine had set for some time and leaking manifold gasket did a number to the top side of engine. I have decided to keep it original and rebuild. Thanks for asking
