Okay, and the absolute #1 reason to attend the next CCF Reunion ...
You might end up in the next Correct Craft Brochure.

The 2009 Correct Craft brochure comes out later this week. I have seen a sneak preview and in one of the spreads there are at least eleven (that's 11!) photos from the 2008 Midwest Reunion which took place in Green Lake, WI July 11-13.

I should have the 2009 brochure up in the /reference - Reference Section by the end of the week. You can also http://www.nautiques.com/contact/brochure - request your own 2009 Brochure from Correct Craft or pick one up at your local dealer.

Funny, CC didn't select those photos. Must be because they were from '07.

I'be been told I will be able to uplaod the brochure up by the end of the week. In the mean time, here are some of the eleven photos that you'll see in the 2009 CC brochure:

It should be noted that I had no input into which photos were included. I simply provided CC with a bunch of photos from the Midwest Reunion. Several of the photos were taken by myself but there are also photos from Joel Hughes, Greg McFarland, Dave Hendricks and others.

Just can't be gone from our store that long without prior planning. I promised him we would try to set it up soon...both to see you guys and the factory. Me and Patti have not seen it yet. Dave,
CC factory is on my agenda for sure next year when I'll fly to Florida, as I told John on the phone. So we'll have to plan a tour somewhere in july '09...

Steve(62wood),

Wouldn't that look nice on the brochureMight sell a few CC's too.

If i tell you the picture is real....... it is right?

Steve(Raindog),

I agree......I think the whole reason most people buy a new CC is because of something that they remember from past experiences,(ski'ing, tubeing, ect ect with the family) and what better place to post or view all of those boats(or experiences) from the past or even the new boats, except on this site.

I think Keith's site here does motivate ALOT of people to go back to CC when it comes time to buy a boat............You couldn't find a more close group of loyal owners that TOTALLY stand behind a great boat they love and grew up with!

Just one look from a potential buyer looking at this site and to witness the amount of support and respect that these boats demand will sell them every time.

Lot's of stories that have been shared on this site........those stories and memories carry on from one generation to another.

There are new boat's that are given away to Pro wake boarders etc etc etc that haven't brought near as much publicity to CC boats as Keith(this site) has to CC!

I think keith should have taken the Orange Crush home.....No question!

Wow.......just an opinion.

Who decided the pics and the order in which they are displayed?
The C note I sent in to Dave seems to have paid great dividends.Great shot of Karens motor but not of The Boat Doctor, go figure.
Pauls head on shot is Toooo Koool, tell me an old girl cant still turn heads..Class never goes out of STYLE...
JBears hair looks to be in place too...
Hollywood was spot on as to MoJo and the caption that should have gone under his pic.
The only issue I see is that CCFan nor Bagley Productions received any acknowledgement for the pics . The reunions were "implied" that Corporate CC had a hand in them also.Lying by omission is still not the TRUTH..........Boat dr

Billy, sometimes people and corporations (run by people, after all) take a little while to fully appreciate a good thing. And as long as we see steps in the right direction, sometimes we need to be satisfied with baby steps. Its hard when we are all wishing the best for Keith and want to see him receive a equitable return on his efforts.

Patience often pays dividends.

Besides, there aren't any pics of PN.com or 2001.com reunions in the brochure, are there?

Raindog,Maybe age maybe not, but if I have a burning sensation at my rear I tend to question.
Granted I went to the Dr. for a prostate exam,I also know I will feel uncomfortable as to the procedure. With this being said and my knowledge going into the exam room, I still need to be aware of the actions of his hand.
But if during the exam I feel Both His Hands On My Shoulders, that ain't his finger .....I may be a little more cautious than you on this matter, but thats just my take on the subject. I hope to be proved wrong....Boat dr

Allen, neither written or implied am I UPSET.I simply stated a point of view, and that point of view was there should have been credit given to Keith or CCFan.
There is a site elsewhere on th World Wide Web that is controlled in word and content by a large "Boat Maker", with this said I am concerned about 'OURS".
Concern and opinions , to me are not the same emotion as angry or upset.Just the .02 the boat dr stated. But I will say this I have had several calls from fellow CCFans that have the same views as myself........Billy

Ok, I may have read "Concerned" as being "upset" so I'm glad you're not the later. With that said, I still don't understand the concern as I don't quite see any conspiracy theory to take over "our" site. Keith states above that he sent the photos to Correct craft (and I go out on the limb here)assuming that they may use some of them in the brochure. I believe he's probably pretty proud of this right now and if there's reason for concern with CC I'm certain he will address it.

I'm happy to sit back and let Keith enjoy his moment.

Brian, kind of wondered the same about the two gorgeous blondes getting cut out of the limelight... hahaha, I guess it's a captain thing???

Paul, Just call me the "Brat-Master".. At least that's better than the "Weenie-King" hahaha

Billy, I see your point about the caption-less pics, and the credit where do, but I'm sure Keith approved all photos and OK'd the layout before publication.

Like it was said, the group pic is there, and you can tell that it's not a "Nautique" logo on the banner, so we should all feel good that the GL08' Reuinion was a benchmark gathering for CC realizing the real potential to "In-water" events like ours.. I'll bet when Dave, Ken, Bill and the guys sit down to create a marketing scheme around a reunion package, they pull these pics out first !!!!

My .02 cents.....

Well, that confirms it - weenies drink lite beers!!

Yes, it's very nice that the CCfan banner shows up and I too am happy that CCfan has gotten some recognition but I don't feel that's really the issue. It's certainly Keiths call on this but it's my opinion that corporate shouldn't become a controlling force in Keiths party. Support is great but beyond that who's really in charge??

We're gonna see pics of Dave on the back of that '87 flipping weenies again I know it. As long as he's giving them out to all the girls it's OK!

There's a strange coincidence with the cancelled CC Owner reunions and the CCFan pics making it in the brochure, and even stranger the blondes getting cut out... Oh well I'll still ski behind our '88 this weekend.

Who is the guy with the green boat?? sorry i guess i didn't get to meet everybody at the reunion.

Hey Paul,

Do not remember the Guy's name on the Green boat, I did notice when he was launching the "Kramer Boat Co." sticker on his stern, Kramer used to be our local dealer in Fox Lake, anyways, he bought that boat new from Kramer and lives a few miles north of me on Loon Lake.

I for one think it's pretty cool having ANY pictures from the CCFan reunion(s) in the CC brochure, CC has been a growing supporter of this site and hopefully that continues. Have to admit, would much rather see an Orange Crush sitting at Keith's dock rather then a picture in their brochure, hopefully with do time that too will happen!

I don' think the Keith/Orange Crush talk is making Reid & Co. feel better about buying the boat. Let it go already Keith seems pretty happy with what he has.

Let's also not forget about what Mr. Taxman would think about a 55k donation to the site... I also agree that talk like this needs to end. It's getting really old.

just got home and started reading this .......while drinking my lite beer!

I spit it out of my nose when I read this

"I'll take 2 beers and a chardonnay for the fa**ot" - CQ NY '08

Congratulations to everyone, especially keith. I think Keith and Kevin Costner have the same theory....."if you build it they will come"

Paul, I have tried to email you. Would you mind sending some pics of your boat. I am looking for an old classic and would love to see more detail of your boat to have something to dream about.

thanks!

I think it's a safe bet that until all the 08 brochures are gone, no 2009 will be sent out.

I requested one right away and received a 2008. Will I automatically get a 2009?

So, BKH, how many times will you be visiting your dealer to pick up additional copies, Mr. Banquet man. Between you, Naughty Paul, Boat Dr, Keith, Magicman and Moj', that will account for some 105 copies...

Its kind of funny, with you being on the 2nd page, it looks like you are in with the pro riders. I seen your cro-mob-nine and its well deserved.

Yes Steve, when it comes to wakeboarding I'm a legend in my own mind. Right up there with Byerly, Murray and Shapiro - NOT. I think I'm actually somewhere between beginner and Heldon the 7 year old.

I doubt I'll retrieve any additional copies. A novelty to be sure, but not that big of deal.
