Looking at a 92 ski nautique. I have owned a few 2001 models but never a 92. Any hints on what issues that model has and where to check? Thanks for any suggestions

If a 92 is in your budget, continue your search for a well priced 93. It is worth it for the change from wood to composite stringers.

In addition to the wood stringers, the ProTec ignition systems have caused troubles (failures) for some. The retrofit is roughly $500 for carbureted engines.

Same things you would check a 2001 for.
