there is a company out of miami its pqsource.com i think they sell rebuilds for cheap ready to install they had an ad in the boat trader that said 351's motor you send them yours and they send you a rebuid for $1000 so id check with them not sure but it might cost a few more for reverse rotation

where are you in Ga. Bo's Machine shop in augusta,ga 706-724-7840 can build a 351w reverse engine does a good job not sure the cost also carolina machine engines will "special" build one they say...costs alot more
